Abstract

We report the numerical simulation of an efficient FA 4 GeSbCl 12 solar cell with a PCE of 22.5%. This study provides novel device design and explanations to understand device physics mainly based on CBO & VBO at ETL/absorber & absorber/HTL interfaces.
